In this Masterclass, you'll learn how to create a complete Halloween, look, from concept development to execution, and learn the secrets of a professional Make-up Artist.

 

Basil Prinz will provide you with know-how for creating impressive make-up looks:

 

- Create of a spooky character make up,

- Application of various make-up techniques, including: Eye Brow Cover, Veining (the realistic make-up of capillaries and veins) and Mixed Media Techniques (Aqua, Grease, Alcohol)

- How to work efficiently to create great looks,

- How to add depth and texture to your make-up.

- What it means to be spooky yet beautiful.

Who's Basil Prinz?

​

For a decade, Basil Prinz has been creating make-up looks in the night life scenes of Berlin and Zürich, performing on stage in fascinating freak shows and sparkling cabarets.

 

Horror season has been his strong suit, because he knows exactly how to make people shiver! Thanks to these experiences, he's acquired and eager to share an in-depth knowledge of how to create make-up looks that last all night and leave a lasting impression. He is a Master of Horror!

Course structure:

 

9.00am - 9.15 am: Start and welcome coffee

9.15am - 11.45 am: Presentation / Make-up demonstration on model

11.45am - 12.30pm: Q&A

12.30pm - 1.15pm: Lunch break 

1.15pm - 4.00pm: Creating your Halloween look on yourself or a model, from spooky to bizarre, from glam to horror, whether it's a quirky zombie, a murderous witch or a surreal creature of your imagination. 

4.00 pm - 6:00pm: corrections, styling, photo shooting and final thoughts.

 

 What you'll need: 

- Your own basic make-up kit,

- Styling accessories (that you want to use to create your character.)
